FAQs
Do we have assigned seats?
Rose Gold VIP attendees will have clearly identified reserved seats. All other seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will there be a virtual experience?
No! Rose Gold VIP and Sisterhood registrants will have access to our virtual Pre-event gathering experience. Stay tuned for any updates or changes to access and availability, which will be announced on our conference website and social media channels.
Can children and/or youth attend HartWork LIVE, and will childcare be available?
We strongly encourage attendees to experience the R.O.P.S. Conference child-free to fully engage in the sessions and activities. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare during the conference workshop sessions.
The conference is designed as a unique space for adult women, specifically those aged 35 and older. However, we welcome all women aged 20 and above to join us.
Does HartWork LIVE offer payment plans?
We do not offer traditional payment plans at this time. However, you can take advantage of "pay later" options available through Klarna and PayPal at checkout.
If my plans have to change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and nonrefundable. Refunds are only considered in the event cancellation is initiated by Dee Hart Enterprises LLC.
