When will the R.O.P.S. Conference 2024 take place?

The Rites of Passage to Sisterhood Conference will be held from Friday, November 15th through Sunday, November 17th, 2024 (Sunday will be for Rose Gold VIP registrants only).

Are overnight accommodations available for the R.O.P.S. Conference 2024?

Yes, registered attendees are responsible for securing overnight accommodations at their own discretion. You can make reservations at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Alsip using the following methods:

    Please note the following details regarding accommodations:

  • The standard room conference discounted rate is $139 per night and may be limited based on hotel availability.

  • All guest room reservations are subject to a 13% sales tax.

  • Check-in time for all rooms is 4:00 pm CST, and check-out time is 11:00 am CST.

  • Reservations must be received by DoubleTree, Alsip by October 18, 2024.

  • Conference rate rooms are limited and subject to hotel availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All guestroom reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, the individual's credit card will be billed.

What are the registration levels for the R.O.P.S. Conference 2024?

We offer three distinct registration levels to cater to your desired experience aspirations: Rose Gold VIP, Sisterhood Package, and Sister-Friend Package. Each package is designed to provide a unique and enriching experience at the R.O.P.S. Conference.

Do we have assigned seats?

Rose Gold VIP attendees will have clearly identified reserved seats. All other seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

How will I be notified when the speakers and sessions are announced?

You will receive notifications through our conference website and our social media channels. Stay tuned for updates and special announcements!

Will there be a virtual experience?

Yes! Rose Gold VIP and Sisterhood registrants will have access to our virtual Pre-event gathering experience. Stay tuned for any updates or changes to access and availability, which will be announced on our conference website and social media channels.

Can children and/or youth attend the R.O.P.S. Conference 2024, and will childcare be available?

We strongly encourage attendees to experience the R.O.P.S. Conference child-free to fully engage in the sessions and activities. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare during the conference workshop sessions.

The conference is designed as a unique space for adult women, specifically those aged 35 and older. However, we welcome all women aged 20 and above to join us.

Does the R.O.P.S. Conference 2024 offer payment plans?

We do not offer traditional payment plans at this time. However, you can take advantage of "pay later" options available through Klarna and PayPal at checkout.

If my plans have to change, can I get a refund?

All sales are final and nonrefundable.
